Cancellation & Refund Policy

If you have any questions about the product, feel free to reach out to me before placing your order! I truly believe that clear communication upfront helps us both avoid any unnecessary hassle with refunds or exchanges later.

Cancellation

You’re welcome to cancel your order anytime before it ships.

For custom paintings, I can only cancel if I haven’t started working on the artwork yet. Once I begin creating your piece, cancellations are no longer possible.

Refunds

I kindly ask that refund requests be submitted within 7 days of receiving your item.

If the request is submitted after this window or doesn’t meet Pinkoi’s return policy, I may need to decline the return. I really appreciate it when we can chat first before submitting a formal application.

Please note that I’m unable to accept refunds for customized products (due to their personalized nature) unless they were damaged or defective.

Refund Process

• I’ll get in touch with you within 3 business days after receiving your refund request.

• Once I approve the return, please ship the item back in its original condition within 4 business days and let me know via email (hi@belovedartist.com) or Instagram DM (@belovedartist_). Including the shipping carrier and tracking number helps everything go smoothly!

• After I receive and inspect the item, I’ll confirm its condition and process your refund within 3 business days.
