Order Process
The following shows the process from placing an order to fulfilment when the order is shipped.
Checkout
Add items to the bag and checkout.
Confirmation
An automated order confirmation email will be sent to your email from BelovedArtist.
Review & Contact
The artist will review the order and send you an email with the estimated delivery date, delivery method, and payment method.
Work
Once the payment is received, the artist will start working on the artwork.
Shipping
Once the artwork is completed, an automated shipping confirmation email will be sent to you along with a tracking number if the artwork is shipped via a carrier (UPS/USPS), or hand-delivery if agreed.
